Paco de Vitorino is an intimate hotel with a wonderful staff who are always helpful and knowledgable. We visited the hotel while it was still under construction during our first trip to Portugal in 2015, and we loved watching it grow, gradually recuperating more parts of the ancient manor, seeing the gardens come back to life, and more recently the opening a pool side bar, for drinks and light meals when the main kitchen is closed.
