One of the reasons we love the Costa Brava, are the protected beaches, that have not suffered from over development, thanks to a strong Catalan spirit of preservation and pride.
Therefore, rather than lament this fact, we are happy to say there will never be many beach houses we are able to offer in this region – and we are extremely privileged to offer a select few.
El Llegat is an exquisite addition to the offer at Emporda to Algarve – located in Begur, steps away from the Sa Riera beach, with a private boat mooring, this villa is also one of the largest we can offer, with 7 bedrooms which can accommodate a family of up to 17 people.
Built around a central courtyard, the villa enjoys first-line views to the famous cove beach, and private stairs lead directly from the property on to the sand.
Beautiful yet unassuming, El Llegat was built as a traditional stone wall and tile roofed house. The living room connects to a terrace overlooking the bay, with an infinity pool just below it facing in the same direction. The rooms are air conditioned and centrally heated, with ceiling fans, and they feature designer furniture and fabulous carpentry that compliments the elegant country style.
The kitchen is superbly fitted with high quality appliances and everything needed for a long self-catered stay, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, and more. The house is particularly well equipped for families with young children and babies, with a baby intercom, high chairs, special tableware, safety gates, and toys.
3 of the bedrooms are connected and suitable for a family with young children, sharing a bathroom. The other 4 bedrooms are all en-suite with private bathrooms and sea-view terraces. The beds are all king size.
Outside there is also a paddle tennis court, a barbecue area, and ample parking for several cars.
